This centrally located 2 bed 1 bath 1st floor condo makes for a wonderful Wildwood vacation, that can accommodate up to 6 guests.
From our location the beach and boardwalk are at your fingertips; we are located barely 1 block from the boardwalk. Within a few blocks you will find Mack's and Sam's Pizza, Mariner's Pier, Surfside Pier and so much more!
Security Deposit: $450 (refundable 48 hours post check out, upon confirmation of returned parking passes & no damages). This is in addition to the rate specified.
Cleaning Fee: $190
Payment Methods Accepted: Venmo, PayPal (username will be provided in the contract)
Sleeping Situation Breakdown:
Main Area: 1 queen sofa bed
Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2: Daybed with 2 twins
House Rules:
Check in: 4 pm
Check out: 10 am
Maximum party size of 6 people
No pets, parties/events, smoking, commercial filming/photography
Quiet hours: 11 pm - 7 am
Additional rules & instructions will be provided with contract & must be signed off on for booking to be accepted

Select essentials (hand soap, paper products [toilet paper, paper towels])
2 x Class A parking passes (valid in any metered street spot within Wildwood, between Juniper & north side of Cresse)
